  • Pre‑orders require 4–5 weeks for fulfillment. 

  • Once an order is shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.

5. SHIPPING PROVIDER & LOST PACKAGES 

We are not responsible for delays, damages, or issues caused by the shipping carrier. 

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided: 

  • We will issue a refund for the item(s) only 

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable 

  • The package will not be re‑shipped 

  • You must contact us once the package is returned to our facility 

  • If you still want your items, you must pay a new shipping fee and email us with the correct address
