Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

All U.S. orders are shipped within approximately one week unless otherwise stated. International shipping times will vary depending on the destination. 

If you do not receive an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder.

For updates, new drops, follow us on Instagram @humblyrootedbrand. 

For pre‑orders, please allow 4–5 weeks for production and fulfillment. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can also track your order through the USPS website. 


SHIPPING PROVIDER & LOST PACKAGES 

We are not responsible for issues caused by the shipping carrier. 

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout, we are unable to intervene once the package is in transit. 

If your order is returned to us due to an invalid or incomplete address: 

  • We will issue a refund for the item(s) only 

  • Shipping fees are non‑refundable 

  • The package will not be re‑shipped 

  • The customer must contact us via email once the package is returned to our facility
